  • Service Not Rendered: If the legal service you purchased was not delivered or if the lawyer failed to respond or take action within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided by a lawyer, and the issue is not resolved through our dispute resolution process.
  • Technical Issues: If you face technical issues with the platform that prevent you from using the service effectively, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscription Fees: Fees paid for lawyer subscriptions are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
  • Completed Services: Once a service, such as document drafting, review, or consultation, has been completed and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund unless there is a clear failure to meet the agreed terms of service.
  • Paid Posts: Fees for premium or paid posts on the forum are non-refundable once the post has been created and submitted to our network of lawyers.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer support team within 7 days of the service completion or issue occurrence. Include the details of the service and the reason for your refund request.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and may contact you or the lawyer involved to gather additional information. This process may take up to 14 days.
  3. Resolution: If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If your request is denied, you will receive an explanation for the decision.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and a lawyer regarding the quality or delivery of the service, we encourage you to use our platform’s dispute resolution process. Our team will mediate the issue and work to reach a fair resolution. Refunds will only be considered after all attempts at dispute resolution have been exhausted.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

Legal Insight reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platform, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of those changes.
